A small double room with garden view is available in a double storey cottage. The cottage is situated in a quiet cul de sac, in the middle of two other cottages. There is an adjoining sports field, with discreet off street parking.

There is a sitting room with a new sofa and fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The kitchen diner has doors opening onto a patio with garden table and two chairs, and an enclosed garden.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, and one shared bathroom with shower/bath. The small double room for rent is unfurnished. Pubs and village green within walking distance. Upper Warlingham train station 20 min walk and 3 min drive.

I am a recent graduate looking for an apprenticeship/position in real estate/surveying.

I enjoy football, gym. traveling and sports. Easy going personality and disposition. Have previously shared in uni accommodation.
