2 minutes from shops restaurants pubs and bus stop. Very good transport links to Victoria and London Bridge from Upper Warlingham, Whyteleafe, Sanderstead. I personally get a bus to Sanderstead station and commute to London Bridge or Victoria everyday. Its also a 5 minute drive to J16 of the M25.
I am a friendly, easy going person, I work in London and do the commute to Victoria every day. I'm not a party animal coming in at all hours...bit old for that now!
