House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac so roadside parking is not an issue. Warlingham villaqe center is a 4 minute walk and the bus stop to Caterham/Whyteleaf/Reigate/Cro ydon is a 2 minute walk. Very good transport link to Victoria and London Bridge from Upper Warlingham, Whyteleaf, Purley or Caterham station. (I personally get a bus to East Croydon station (20mins) or Sanderstead station (10mins) and commute to London Bridge everyday (15mins). Its also a 5 minute drive to J16 of M25.

Your flatmates will be a married couple with a 5 year old daughter.
