Double (&potential single) in brand new town house

Brand new townhouse in leafy Warlingham/Whyteleafe that backs onto Whyteleafe recreation ground providing immediate access to children's playground, tennis courts, cricket pitch and extensive 'Riddlesdown' woodlands. Five minute walk to Upper Warlingham (trains every 30mins to Lon Bridge and Vic or the south). Ten minute walk from Whyteleafe station (again trains every 30mins to Lon Bridge or the south). One double available and potentially a single (would suit divorcee with child, as could take ‘level one’ of townhouse). I have two boys (4&6) that stay on the weekends. I work long hours in the city during the week (7am to 6pm). We are a lively little family that can make you laugh or respect your privacy when needed. We are looking for a down to earth individual with GSOH and leads a fairly active lifestyle, just no lunatics please.
