Fantastic room in a new building (5 years old) less than 5 minutes from West Byfleet station and local shops with a Tesco Express next door.
Private bathroom including shower, bath, heated towel rail and under floor heating. There is a built-in wardrobe with lots of storage space and modern (mostly IKEA) furnishings including 3 chests of drawers and a trunk. Shared kitchen and lounge area with patio doors and a small balcony.
Looking for someone fairly tidy to keep the place in good condition. The flat is on the top floor (4th) and has lift access and a secure code entry front door.
There is one other person living there who is a professional working in London and co-owns the apartment.
If you require parking you will need to get a residents permit or park for free a few minutes walk away.
