Good size room in quiet cul, de, sac, to rent , close to local train station good connections to Guildford and London, bus stop at top of the road going to Guildford and Woking, use of bathroom and kitchen , wifi in all areas of the house , we are a married couple with grown up children who have left home , we have two small Westies dogs , my husband is a Postman and I work with children , we are non smokers , we have a nice home and are a very young at heart couple , we are looking for a female maybe a University student or young professional to make use of our spare room, we have good parking .
