New Flatmate Needed Urgently

Hi all,

My flatmate is moving out on the 30th October 2021 and the tenancy is a monthly rolling contract so I am looking for a flatmate to replace her. The building is a new build and the room on offer is a double with its own bathroom (not en-suite). It’s unfurnished, but has a huge built in wardrobe. There is 24 hour concierge. Bills amount to around £140 pcm each.

I’m 26 and I’m a senior manager in the Civil Service. I work from home so I am here a lot, I am friendly but I tend to keep to myself. I’m looking for someone mature, respectful and able to keep a clean and tidy home.
