Large Room West Croydon Area

A comfortably furnished double room is available for single occupancy.

In terms of location, we are conveniently situated:

- Selhurst station is a 10-minute walk away
- Thornton Heath/West Croydon stations are a 10-minute bus ride (or 15-minute walk)
- East Croydon/Norwood Junction stations are a 15-minute bus ride (or a 20-minute walk)
- Croydon University Hospital is a 10-minute walk away
- A large Lidl store is a 5-minute walk away

Our house is located in a peaceful double cul-de-sac and provides a quiet respite from the city's bustle. In our shared living room/kitchen, you'll find everything you need for cooking, including a spacious fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer.

For your convenience, we have two bathroom facilities – an upstairs bathroom with a bath/shower and a downstairs toilet with a shower. If you're a car owner, on-street parking is available via a resident permit or a paid option.

The rent covers all standard utility bills. If you're working from home and you have a big setup (i. e. multiple screens), an additional £15/month may be added to cover the extra electricity costs. Cleaning costs are not included and are either shared or managed by everyone living here.

We're not looking for agencies or multiple occupants (the rooms is single use only), and we appreciate individuals who are clean, organized, and respectful.

We are an international household, communicating in English, Italian, and Portuguese. Please note that our house does not have disabled access.
