Comes with a double bed (which has large drawers in either side) a very comfortable mattress and furniture (storage cubes, desk, clothes rail, chair).

Had 3 x previous tenants from Spare Room over the last 3 years, and they’re now friends for life 🤝

THE FLAT 🏠

The flat has a spacious open plan living room and kitchen, it's well decorated and has a great chill space with a large TV, Xbox, Netflix and the rest.

There is parking on the estate - for which you would have to acquire a permit from Croydon council (Approx £50 per year last time I checked)

ABOUT US 💯

I'm Antonio, 28 years old. Born and raised in London - I'm a professional filmmaker and the live-in landlord.

My girlfriend Haalah grew up in the UK too and works in the civil service.

We’re sociable and easy-going, and usually happy to chat away and catch up over things. We also appreciate people's quiet time and space.

Half of my week is spent working from home, and the other half I'm usually on shoots or in meetings. Haalah is out at work all week.

We take pride in keeping the place clean.

We’re good chefs - and often meal-prep. Open to exchanging boxes of food here and there!
