We’re offering a fully furnished double room in the loft of our family home, located on the 2nd floor. The house has 2 shared bathrooms, both equipped with a bath and toilet, and tenants are welcome to use the shared living room, dining room, kitchen, and garden.

Our home is perfect for students or professionals, and we’re ideally looking for two female tenants to share the room. We would prefer tenants who speak either Tamil, Malayalam or Telugu.

Location is convenient with West Croydon station just a 12-minute walk away, and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop connecting you to both West and East Croydon stations. We’re also only 5-10 mins away from Croydon University Hospital.

I live here with my husband and two sons (aged 15 and 18), so we’re looking for tenants who are respectful and easygoing.
