We have a single, double & queen bedroom available in a friendly shared house in West Croydon. We’re looking for clean, respectful, and easygoing housemates who are happy to share a comfortable living space.

The house offers a spacious shared living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for both relaxing and socialising. There are two bathrooms: one large indoor bathroom and an additional smaller bathroom located in the garden.

All bills are included in the rent, making budgeting simple and stress-free.

The property is in a highly convenient location with plenty of amenities nearby, including supermarkets, local shops, cafes, restaurants, and gyms. Excellent transport links are within easy reach, with West Croydon station and multiple bus routes providing quick access into Central London and surrounding areas. Essential services such as pharmacies, GP surgeries, and hospitals are also close by, offering added peace of mind.

We’re a sociable household and welcome friends visiting. Occasional overnight stays or gatherings are fine but should be discussed with the house at the time to keep things considerate for everyone.
