I am located 5mins from west Croydon station an 10 mins from east Croydon.
It is a family home with 1 child (not a baby) so if that's not a problem then thats great.
I am a 28 year old woman, I work part time a lot of late nights, I like to keep my home neat and I'm very big on respecting peoples personal space.
