Flat to yourself Mon-Fri but may consider w/e

Thanks for looking! I have a double bedroom available for Mon- Fri let. I work away during the week so you will have the place to yourself 😁 As I work away I found I hated living out of hotels and wanted a 'home' but I didn't want to share so this is perfect. It means you can watch what you want on tv and can actually cook instead of having to eat out all of the time. If you do need to stay on the occasional weekend this can be arranged as I do have to work weekends sometimes too but this would be an added cost

My flat is on the 4th floor (the stairs are good for exercising) There is a private roof terrace that only 7 people have access too but no one uses it.
The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a built in wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower and a bath
The kitchen has all the normal things you would expect and so does the living room. There is a private balcony off of the living room too.

If you cycle there is a cycle store downstairs which is always locked so it will be safe and there is also a communal garden.

Double bedroom available, perfect for a professional (female preferred) looking for good transport links into central London and a relaxing home atmosphere

The flat is a new build (3 years old) and I have lived in here from the start.

I am looking for someone who will look after my home and treat it as you would your own. I would also ask that you leave it the way you found it.

Within 5 minutes walk you have West Croydon station, tram links, supermarket and gym
Within a 10 minute walk you have East Croydon station, Box Park, shopping centre and town centre and purely for Sainsbury's super store and ikea
There are also a lot of bus links just a couple of minutes away
It takes 16 minutes to get to London Bridge, 17 minutes to get to Gatwick and 20 minutes to London Victoria

There have a private balcony that has the most amazing sunsets and also a large communal roof terrace... a complete sun trap! (only 7 flats have access to this and it is rarely used)
There is also a communal lockable bike store and communal garden. There are a lot of local shops close by as well

There is parking available on a first come first serve basis
