About the House:
This lovely home in West End, Woking, has undergone an extensive full refurbishment throughout.
With a clean Scandinavian interior and some light and airy shared-spaces,
The Kitchen;
Fully equipped with all the gadgets you might want including an Air-Fryer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Food Processor, Rice Cooker and Coffee Machine (Lavazza caps).
I am happy to share the crockery, utensils and other staple items. I have also a large larder-type unit that is dedicated to the tenant's own belongings and the cupboards can be easily re-arranged to accommodate any personal items you'd like to bring.
There is a lovely Kitchen-Diner with a Table to seat 6+ Guests.
The Living room;
Equipped with a nice suite of sofas, a large 58" Samsung TV, featuring AirPlay, Prime and built in gaming with Luna.
I also have Alexa to play Music & Podcasts while you work or chill.
Office Space:
We have a large L-Shaped desk, suitable for 2 people to work from. You can use this when you WFH, and in the evenings.
The Wifi is not amazing, we are expecting local upgrades at the end of the year. I also have a Printer you can use for the odd print-out you might need to make!
The Room;
This lovely double bedroom is carpeted, fully furnished with a lovely ensuite bathroom. The room is situated on the ground floor, and has a lockable door.
Room Furniture:
The room comes fully equipped with brand new furniture including 2x Wardrobes, Chest of drawers, Double Bed, and bed-side table.
If you have any special requests for other items, we will do our best to accommodate!
The Garden;
Currently being improved, yet benefits from being peaceful, has a nice deck to sit in the sun and read a book, and a BBQ if you want to knock-up a bite al-fresco!
The Conservatory;
A great space to air-dry your clothes, but also has a Spin-Bike & Weights should you fancy a workout at home! 💪🏽
The Local Area;
The property is within a beautifully quiet, no-through driving area, surrounded by beautiful heathland and great walks.
e are in a lovely quiet area, tucked away off the beaten track. This however is something of a consideration.
There is a great heathland that separates us from a small Village called "Lightwater". It would take 15min max to get there and it has absolutely everything you need, an Opticians. Pharmacy, Coffee Shop, Co-Op supermarket, Hairdressers, Dentist etc.
There is a doctor's surgery at the top of the road, an M&S petrol station for a pint of milk or a snack. In the other direction, there is a Sainsbury's Local, a couple of really nice pubs and a cafe for a decent coffee or breakfast!
The property is also within Gordon School’s catchment area.
Travel & Transport;
There is a bus route at the top of the road that can take you to Woking or Camberley within 35min. Both towns are approx. 15min drive.
Transport links: There is a bus stop at the top of the road, with links to Camberley, Woking and to Brookwood Station. (Nearest Rail Station, 6min walk from the bus stop when you get off - Brookwood to Waterloo in under 30mins!). You can even go onto Guildford on the bus also!
I work in Farnborough (17-19min) and could arrange a car share etc?
About Me;
My name is Giovanni, a Professional (Partnerships Director) that is a happy-go-lucky, glass-half-full character, who has a love and energy for life, great experiences, and quite an Entrepreneur!
I’m a Dad of three boys (14/10/8) who live locally with their Mother. I like cooking, keeping fit, personal development and business.
I am into F1/Motorsport, Podcasts, Socialising with friends, going out for nice meals, Gigs or Comedy Nights. I like having people around and spent a couple of years living in a house share, so I know how to be respectful to others, their space and sharing it. I work from a flexi office space in Farnborough most days of the week, and work from home about one day per week.
I co-parent, so I see my kids regularly, and they stay over one day per week. (but this normally consists of swimming lessons, a quick dinner and bed for 9pm) I am clean, tidy and like my home to be an organised and welcoming place. 
I have also spent 2 years recently, living in a 7-Bed HMO, so I am completely used to living with other people, sharing spaces, living cleanly, tidily and being conscientious of others and their Privacy/Personal needs.
Other notes:
At the weekends, i’m normally out and about doing kids clubs, and social stuff, but would like to build a positive relationship with our tenant, and socialise with them when possible and where appropriate. If you are a private person, this is also ok.
While i’m ok with people working from home, but would prefer that WFH wasn't a full-time thing. (Can be discussed)
Smoking: I am a non-smoker, and would request that there is no smoking within the property. If you are a smoker and willing to go outside to smoke, this would be ok.
While we have stipulated that we do not want pets, we would be open to discussing this if you were interested in getting/bringing one along.
