With a clean Scandinavian interior and some light and airy shared spaces, we have a lovely double bedroom, fully furnished with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, available to rent.

The property is within a beautifully quiet, no-through driving area, surrounded by beautiful heathland and great walking areas!

There are shops and pubs within walking distance, and the Property is within Gordon School’s catchment area.

There is a bus route at the top of the road that can take you to Woking or Camberley within 35min. Both towns are approx. 15min drive. I work in Farnborough (17-19min) and could arrange a car share etc?

We are looking for a professional female to live with us, Monday to Friday. (Weekends may be considered on application)

Furniture:
The room comes fully equipped with 2x Wardrobes, Chest of drawers, Small-Double Bed, bed-side table and a TV.

Shared spaces:
You may make use of the Kitchen-Diner, Living Room, Office Space and Garden. We also have a spin-bike & weights in the conservatory 💪🏽
There is dedicated storage in the Kitchen for food-stuffs and crockery etc.

About us:
We are a couple, that live together, and as a separated father, I have my children over to stay on a Wednesday evening and every other Saturday evening. You must be comfortable with children. My sons are 7, 9 and 13, are polite, well-mannered and have great personality.

Other notes:
We are busy individuals, that sometimes don’t get in until late, and sometimes work from home.
We’d like to know if working from home is part of your working schedule, as we would not like this to be a full-time wfh thing.
