Double room in a Maisonette in Horsley

Located in a cul-de-sac in West Horsley, 17 minutes walk to the train station is my 2 double bedroom home with large garden, separate utility space, good sized lounge, all newly decorated. I have Sky TV, Wireless Broadband and I also have a separate summer house I use as an office and extra reception room, so there's more space than you'd think! I have a friendly dog and love walking and am out riding most days after work too. I'd like to find someone easy to live with, clean and tidy of course... Someone who appreciates the outdoors may like the countryside close by for walking etc. Rent includes TV, broadband, council tax but electricity and gas we will split as the bills come in.
