We have available to rent a double bedroom with private lounge in a shared house located in a beautiful rural spot at the foot of the Surrey Hills.

Located in the sought after West Horsley village our house sits in a rural setting overlooking fields and nearby stabling. Along with the double bedroom and private lounge there is a shared kitchen and bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. To the outside there is a large garden, allocated parking and shed storage available if needed.

We are looking for a fun couple or single occupant who want to rent in a beautiful location, would like some private space, but may also enjoy sharing a bottle of wine or two.

The rental price includes council tax, electric and tv license.
