Large double, own bathroom

Our home is a clean and tidy detached house in a private cul-de-sac.

The room offered is a generous double and is neutrally decorated, bright and spacious. It's on the first floor and is dual aspect overlooking the front and side gardens. The double bed is comfortable and there is a bedside table, large built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and a reclining chair.

You'll have use of the main bathroom which will only need to be shared very occasionally if we have friends or family staying. (We have our own ensuite & there's also a cloakroom on the ground floor.)

There is shared access to our sitting/dining room, kitchen/diner, utility room and large garden. The house has BT Fibre and there is a parking bay outside the house for your use.

We are a professional couple in our 60’s, crikey how did that happen! Our children now have their own homes locally & visit with our grandchildren occasionally. We have no pets of our own but have occasional visiting dogs.

Easy transport routes coupled with a semi-rural setting make West Horsley an ideal location if you enjoy countryside living with easy access to transport links. The M25 junction 10 is a ten minute drive, Heathrow is 30 minutes & Gatwick is 45 minutes by car. Horsley Station is a five minute drive with a regular service to London & Guildford. East Horsley Village, with its selection of shops, is situated by the station. Guildford, Woking, Leatherhead, Dorking, Walton on Thames & Weybridge are also close by.

The price quoted is for 5 nights, Monday to Friday nights inclusive but our preference is for Monday to Thursday night inclusive. It includes all bills with the exception of telephone. This is a great location for those who are looking for a home from home during their working week.

Alternatively we are also happy to consider the room for fewer weekday nights and occasional 7 night occupancy for short term lets.
