3 Story Town House, next to River Thames

Renting out the top floor of my town house, family home. There are two double bedrooms on the top floor both available to rent with one shared bathroom and an office room. Middle floor is a shared living room and my room is next door to that, I will use the shower room on the bottom floor. The house is located right next to the river Thames (3 minute walk) and has big Tesco and a shell garage 15 seconds across the road. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Hampton court station and can get a direct bus 10 seconds from my front door in to Kingston or the opposite way to Chertsey.

I’m looking for two clean females ideally who will have the top floor, the kitchen is on the bottom floor and shared and we will aim to get in a cleaner 2x per month to keep the living room and kitchen and bathrooms spotless.

Garden is nice in summer to chill gets sun from 8am-3pm during peak summer. I work full time in Liverpool Street from Monday-Thursday and Fridays from home. I do enjoy the odd party and consider myself quite sociable but also enjoy being an introvert on my computer most of the time and tend to keep myself to myself a lot.

Really need two laid back outgoing yet respectful people who I can get on with and live happily without any bullshit.
