Mon-Fri let, for single person or a couple - Good sized 1st floor south facing room furnished with king size bed, double wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, and small TV. There are no other occupants on the first floor, you will have sole use of the bathroom and a breakfast kitchenette area, which is separate from the bedroom, with a fridge, combi-microwave, kettle and toaster, plus small bar table and seating. Full fibre WiFi. Easy parking.
Downstairs, the main kitchen, sitting room, garden, washing machine and tumble drier are shared with landlord and 2 ageing pug dogs, who will always want to greet you (a stair gate contains them downstairs).
Hampton Court train station is about 1 mile. The 411 bus stop for the station and Kingston town centre is at the end of the road, just a couple of minutes away. Easy access to Kingston, Teddington, Weybridge and the A3 for drivers (my weekday drive to New Malden takes 20 mins).
Monday to Friday let, at £560pcm for solo person, or £640pcm for a couple. Bedding can be supplied and washed fortnightly for Mon-Fri stays. All bills are included. Occasional weekend stays can also be arranged if required.
Full week, short term lets also considered, at £700pcm for single occupancy, or £840 for a couple.
