I’m offering a large, bright room for one person in a clean and well-kept house located in a quiet and safe area of West Molesey – only 10–15 minutes by bus 411 to Kingston and around 40 minutes by train to Waterloo.
The house includes:
A bathroom plus a separate toilet
A large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area
A utility/laundry room
A friendly, calm atmosphere (currently 3 people who speaks polish and a kitten live here)
We are looking for a working person who values cleanliness, peace, and good relations with other housemates. Ideally someone who treats the home with respect and does not abuse alcohol and/or drugs.
Price: £170 per week + 2 weeks’ deposit.
There is also a smaller room available, so the house can accommodate two friends looking to rent separate rooms.
