We are a friendly and relaxed family home of three, with a good sized (13’ x 8.5’) fully furnished double room to offer in our spacious, stylishly furnished house. The room is west facing with view of our lovely garden. Also included is shared use of a luxury bathroom, fully equipped modern kitchen/diner, living room and very large well kept garden. Other facilities are as follows:
• Easy parking (on street)
• Secure bike storage
• TV socket and shared 100Mb broadband (virgin cable)
• Use of vegetable patch (if required!)
The house and company is often described as peaceful and relaxed, we love music, play instruments...quietly and throw amazing BBQ's.
West Molesey is an easy-going, green area bordering the Thames. It’s particularly good for leisure activities with great opportunities for walking, cycling and rowing. We have a large Tesco one mile away and good bus connections to Hampton Court (10mins), Kingston (25mins), and Walton (15mins). From Hampton Court Station, Waterloo is 40mins direct by train, via Wimbledon and Clapham Junction.
One months deposit required, with monthly rent paid in advance.
SHORT TERM RENT AVAILABLE AND WEEKDAY OPTION TOO.
We are moving home hopefully at the end of the year so please take this into account when considering us.
