Bushy Park and Hampton Court Palace approx' 15-20mins walk. As well as Kingston and Walton Towns/Shopping centres are accessible approx'10 minutes by car or 15-20 mins by bus - regular services within 5 mins walk.

Motorways: the A3, M3 and M25 are only 10-15 minutes drive by car.
