Room looks out onto garden and a heath, single divan bed with bedding, small built in wardrobe and a fridge/freezer. There is loads of parking or it is a 7 minute walk to a bus stop which takes you into Hampton court and Kingston, which both have trains running to Waterloo. Rent is including bills, and we have good wifi. Shared use of bathroom and kitchen, but in the evenings we prefer our privacy in the living room. My partner and I both work full time. Looking for a clean and tidy person to fill our spare room :) please don't hesitate to get in contact with any questions! Alex
