Large double bedroom in Lovely area

I am looking for someone to takeover my contract for my room in west molesey, as I am moving abroad.
The room is very large and comes furnished although there is currently extra furniture in the room.
The room comes with plenty of storage space (wall to floor mirrored built in wardrobe as well as a free standing wardrobe). Part of the built in wardrobe is also the airing cupboard so the room is always a good temperature.
There are two other flatmates who are both working professionals and really friendly. the house has Virgin media which is paid monthly and the only other bill is the gas and electric, Landlord pays the rest.
The house is in a great location, really close to Hampton court palace, Bushy park and Kingston. There is also great transport links with Hampton court station (zone 6) being 20 mins walk away, with trains to london and regular buses into Kingston (TFL operated). Also very easy to get to all major roads, A3, M3 and M25. There is on street parking majority of the time there is spaces outside the house.
