Large Single Room

We have a large single room available in our three bed house to rent. We are a couple who both work or study and we're looking for a lodger for our spare room. We're both easy going people who like to have a laugh but equally enjoy our privacy. Although it is for room only the bathroom and kitchen are obviously shared as well as the garden which backs on to heathland. The room would typically suit either a student or a professional. We are just under an hour away from central london by train and Hampton Court station is either a long walk or a short bus ride away. Although we do not have pets we do not mind people who do.
