Room To Let In 2 Bed Ground Floor Flat

Hello,
I am looking to rent my spare room for April, may, June and July.
The room for rent is a double room and furniture is included. The house has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The flat is a drive away from Hampton court station. Also: kingston, Surbiton and walton are short drives away. If you do have a car, there is a small car park across the street.
This could be ideal if you needed to be in the area for a short time, or werent sure where to live in Surrey yet.
I work in surrey and am in the flat mainly evenings and weekends. I am quiet and work quite a lot, but I'm looking for someone who doesn't mind a chat and a film in the evening :)
I have a cat who is quiet and very likeable.
