Shared Bathroom (with 1 other), Kitchen & Living Room (overlooking Weybridge High Street). Bills including SKY WiFi & TV included.

The room has a large double sliding door wardrobe, desk/dressing table, 4' 6" double bed, bedside table & chair. Plus desk lamp & mirror. There are three windows in the room plus a couple of Velux skylights. I have a spare 32" Flatscreen TV that I can wall mount if wanted. There is also room for a lounge chair if required.

This is a flat share with my daughter (27) and another female tenant.

My daughter is an artist and works for a jewellery design/manufacturing company and the other tenant a local Physiotherapist.

We are looking for someone that will be a good 'fit' and enjoy the convenience of this wonderfully located apartment, which is 15 mins to Weybridge Station and 5 mins to the Wey Navigation Canal, leading to the River Thames.
