I am a 28 year old female professional who owns a 2 bedroom flat in Weybridge. Looking for a friendly, sociable and tidy housemate for my lovely double bedroom (big desk included) from July/August 2021.
The flat has been completely redecorated and all of the furniture etc is new with a 55 inch smart TV in the front room with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video etc included. Large patio and garden area and only an 8 minute walk to Weybridge train station with a 30 minute fast train into London Waterloo and 20 min walk to the high street. Parking available free of charge.
All bills included apart from gas and electric where we will go 50/50.
