A luxury good-sized ensuite double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe is available to rent in a 3-bedroom house. The room is available to be rented out on a Monday - Friday (5 nights per week) basis too at a rate of £620 per month.

The property is located in the Oatlands area and both the Weybridge train station and Walton on Thames stations are easily accessible.

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and a built-in wardrobe with shared use of a luxury kitchen and bathroom. All bills are included including council tax, broadband and Netflix. There's shared access to the living room and garden which has outdoor furniture too and you'd be more than welcome to use the loft to store away any larger items.

I have the house cleaned professionally twice a month.

It’s a beautiful, safe and quiet area. A good sized garden is also available as well as private parking.

I am preferably looking for a professional who works full time, enjoys intelligent conversations and can keep the place clean and in good order, and is generally considerate.
