Penthouse near Weybridge Station

Hi! My flatmate is moving out shortly so I'm looking for someone to take over his lease. While he officially moves out in May, he's able to vacate sooner if needed.

The flat is a very light and airy penthouse on St George's Avenue with two balconies (one of which is attached to the bedroom) and one luxurious shared bathroom with a freestanding bath.

The units in the kitchen are high quality and include an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

I also have a proper espresso machine, in case you're into coffee!

There's a BBQ on the balcony and plenty of seating for guests. If you have things to store outdoors, there is a shared shed in the car parking area and a bit of storage on the balcony.

A private parking space is included.

Oh, and I also have an allotment at Churchfields - you're welcome to join in on that.

While I do work long hours, I'm an extravert at heart so happy to socialise. I'm looking for someone who is clean and tidy and fun to chat with.

Weybridge has a pretty town centre with shops, cafes, and pubs with a friendly and safe community. There is access to the River Wey and River Thames which is great of you like paddleboarding, wild swimming, kayaking, or just a nice spot to relax in the summer.
