Double Room in Weybridge near Shops & River

Spacious double room only a 5 minute walk from Weybridge high street and a 30 second walk from the towpath that leads up to Walton bridge. 15 minute walk
to Weybridge station which is 30 mins into Waterloo. Terrace house so parking is first come first serve.

I'm a single woman with no pets, I don't smoke and I've been a vegetarian for 10 years. I run my own business and I've lived here for over 15 years. My kids have grown up now and left home but currently looking to sell the house, but this is taking some time - happy to do a rolling contract as currently no steer on how long it will take to find a buyer.

I wake up fairly early for work and like to get early nights so not looking for any regular party-goers unfortunately. Also no guests allowed.

Do not want any pets, smoking. This can be 7 days a week room, or Monday-Friday.

There is only one bathroom, but 2 WC's, these will obviously be shared but no shared living room - there is a TV in the room already.
