Double room available in Brooklands, Weybridge

Double room available in a bright and clean flat for short term let. Mon-Fri let would be preferable but happy to discuss weekends. Very flexible if it's for a few nights or a few days.

I am the live in landlady and you would be sharing with myself and my tenant. We are both very chilled, both like exercising and we are in and out the house. Sociable and friendly but respectful of privacy.

Must be ok with cats. I have two little 5 month year olds and one 2 year old who is a lovely kitty but a big boy.

The house is opposite David Lloyds fitness club on a quiet estate. There is one bathroom which is shared, there is another toilet downstairs. Kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated. Carpet is bedroom is a few years old.

Tesco and M&S are very close by. Station is up the road, walking time is about 25 mins, there is a good bus network. There is plenty of parking at the train station.

Weybridge has lots of bars and restaurants.
