The ground floor flat is in a quiet location, ideally situated for Weybridge train station just a 10 minute walk, with regular trains to London Waterloo, just a 30 min journey. Weybridge high street also just a 10 minute walk, with it's numerous shops, bars and cafe's.
There is a shared living room, bathroom (with over bath shower) and shared kitchen fully equipped with the usual appliances.
All bills are included in the rent as is broadband.
