The room is a decent sized double bedroom with large built-in wardrobe. It will be furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp - bed linen can be provided if needed.

The rest of the flat is spacious - a large living/dining room, good sized bathroom with bath and shower fitting, kitchen with 5-ring hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and plenty of cupboard space. There are also storage areas off the living room and master bedroom which you are welcome to use. There's plenty of off-street parking and space to keep a bike.

The rent includes council tax, all utilities, unlimited broadband and phone line with anytime calls. There's a TV but no license so it's just used for watching DVDs at the moment.

The flat is on the grounds of a Catholic church, above the parish hall. It's a 3 minute walk from the high street and main bus routes, 5 minutes from a supermarket and a mile or so from the train station. There's also easy access to the M25 and M3.
