Dog friendly lodger/house sitter required

I currently have four friendly dogs mixed breeds/sizes and 3 cats plus 3 lodgers. I am looking for someone who is available part time (daytime, evening and some weekends) to help look after dogs and also look after dogs and cats if I am away or on holiday. Would suit student ideally. Detached house with garden, double bedroom, shared bathroom with one other female lodger and use of kitchen and common areas. Some pocket money amount to be discussed. Single person only, non-smoker. Nice house, nice area, 15 mins walk to Walton-on-Thames mainline station to Waterloo.
