Double Room between Weybridge Station &Town Center

One good-sized double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe will be available in September to rent in a first-floor flat. The flat is located between Weybridge train station and the town center.

I am looking for a well-educated professional who works in a professional field full time, enjoys intelligent conversations and can keep the place clean and in good order, and is generally considerate. It is an easy-going flat but cleanliness and respect for others are paramount. I am not a party animal and like a quiet night. I would prefer no friends over at the property.

The room is furnished with bed, desk, drawers and a built-in wardrobe with shared use of the kitchen and bathroom which are shared with other 2 people. All bills are included including council tax and broadband.

Close to M25, and A3 and easy access to Airports etc.

Please note that the room is for one person only and not to be shared by a couple or friends.
