Double Room between Weybridge Station &Town Center

A spacious double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe will be available from mid-August in a first-floor flat. The property is conveniently located between Weybridge railway station and the town centre.

I am looking for a professional, considerate, and responsible tenant who works full-time, takes pride in maintaining a clean and tidy living environment, and enjoys a quiet and respectful household. The flat has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, but cleanliness and consideration for others are important.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chest of drawers, and built-in wardrobe. The tenant will have shared use of the kitchen and bathroom with two other occupants including myself. All bills are included, including council tax and broadband.

The property offers excellent access to the M25, A3, Weybridge station, and nearby airports.

Please note:
• The room is for single occupancy only.
• Unfortunately, couples and room sharing cannot be accommodated.
• This is not a party household, and I would prefer that guests are kept to a minimum.
