I'm tidy and easy going. Happy to share with someone similar. I work from home Monday to Friday with some days out. Parking is also available and a communal garden to the rear of the property.

Great home, it's a lovely place to live. The room is furnished but plenty of space should you wish to enhance it. I also have a kayak for use on the lake which you are welcome to use.

I am located midway between Walton and Weybridge train stations, approximately a 30 minute walk to either.
