The Kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, good sized oven & hob. Two windows and door to garden so nice and bright.

There is a large landscaped garden, lovely in the summer, with a shed, so if you have a bike, you can store it in there.

Parking outside house in road (cul-de-sac) so quiet and safe.

Large park with tennis courts (free) and access to common through woodland - great if you like walking.

Two stations five minutes away. Upper Warlingham to Victoria (28 minutes) and Whyteleafe to London Bridge / Victoria . Bus number 407 goes to Caterham one way and to Sutton via Purley and Croydon.
