This self contained annex is available immediately on a short term basis. It is ground floor with its own front door, leading into a hall way, own bathroom with bath, shower WC and washbasin. There is a kitchen (compact) with oven, hob, fridge and washer dryer and a reasonable size room as living/sleeping accommodation which currently has a double bed with bed side table and pine wardrobe. There is a door out in to the back garden which is shared with the owner and a couple of dogs who live in the main house. All bills are included, Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water etc

This would suit a professional or could be taken by a company as a serviced studio appartment with daily cleaning at an additional charge. Unfortunately, it's not large enough for two people, so single occupancy only.

The annex is located next to a large park, ideal for joggers & it's very near to shops, restaurants, village pubs, tennis courts, and the nearest rail station is Sunnngdale, which is on the Reading to Waterloo line & there is a bus to the station both morning & evening.

Nearby places of interest are Ascot, Windsor, Guildford, Reading. Trains to both Heathrow and Gatwick are also served from local stations, and there is a bus that stops in the village which goes to Staines & Camberley.

Our cleaner can pop in clean for you & the additional cost for this is '£30.00 payable directly to her.
