The house has been mostly redecorated and has a modern kitchen. There is plenty of space in the kitchen for your own items.

Happy for you to bring yours own furniture if you prefer.

Large dining area and Living room for having guests. Additional cinema/snug room with TV if you want some private space. Both TVs have netflix and prime.

You are welcome to use the study when I am at work (approx twice a week).

approx 3 miles (short drive) to Sunningdale Station. Sunningdale Station is on line between Reading and London Waterloo.

Loads of green space that is within easy walking or cycling distance. (e. g. Sunningdale golf course, Chobham common, Virginia Water etc)

I am pretty active and I’m often out in the evenings playing sport of some description. I like to keep busy and would welcome someone who is similar. I have a largely 9-5 job and work from home several days a week. I’m pretty flexible generally and up for doing things and having fun. Would be keen for a like-minded person but not a deal breaker.
