Surrey Hills literally on the doorstep. 5 minutes drive to Milford station (35 minutes to Waterloo/Portsmouth). You can be on the beach in under an hour.

Internet, council tax, electric/gas, water included. The household is professional, friendly and courteous - we respect each others privacy and take care of shared spaces. but also enjoy a catch up when we see each other.

Rooms available from December 12th. Larger bed-sitting room potentially available earlier for the right occupant.
