The house is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to the A3, Guildford, and the M25. It’s only a 5-minute walk to Witley Station (17 minutes to Guildford by train), so it’s great for both car owners and commuters. There’s plenty of parking and garage space for bikes.

Inside, you’ll find all the modern comforts - central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, and ultrafast fibre broadband. The room features a built-in wardrobe, desk, and chair, making it ideal for working from home.

You’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, and garden. The cost of cleaning shared spaces (bathroom, living room, kitchen, etc.) plus maintenance is included in the rent.

Hone Gym is just a couple of minutes' walk away, ideal for staying active.

I have an ensuite in my room, so the bathroom is shared with only one other person.

About me: I am sociable, tidy, and easy-going. I have a great relationship with the neighbours in the cul-de-sac, and the vibe in the household is relaxed. I enjoy cooking (people say I’m good - you can be the judge!) and often work from home or travel abroad for work, so the house stays peaceful.

The current occupant, Mandy, is moving to Kent for a new job, having lived in the room for over 2 years.
