Self-contained garden annexe with kitchen/bathroom

Available from July 2024 is our self-contained annexe in Witley. It includes one large bedroom/living space with storage, sofa, smart TV and WiFi. Downstairs is a fully-stocked kitchen with toaster, kettle, hob and microwave, and bathroom with free-standing shower. The annexe is totally separate from the main house, and has its own access. There is no washing machine at the property, but you would be welcome to use the one in the main house on prior arrangement.

Witley Station is a 15-20 minute walk away, and there is also shared parking available on the main drive or roadside. We have a large garden and adjoining field.

All bills and WiFi are included, and we require one month's rent as a security deposit.
