I live here with my family and two other tenants, who are also in self-contained rooms. St Johns village is 5-minute's walk away with a Co-op, pharmacy, pub, excellent butchers, baker's, coffee shop, takeaways, restaurants, frequent busses into Woking, woods and the canal with towpath which provides an 'off-road' route all the way into Woking town centre.

There is a entrance door for tenants direct into a shared area from which your room is accessed. The hall is clean, light, airy and welcoming. There is a sunny balcony, with chairs for use by tenants at the front of the house which overlooks the golf course and pond. It is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee!

The room has views over the rear garden. It is furnished, equipped and decorated to a high standard. There is a table with chair, a leather armchair, a double wardrobe, a unit of 4-drawers, a unit of 6-drawers, and a large wall unit, so there is plenty of storage space.

Relax in the reclining leather chair or on the double bed which has a pocket sprung mattress. The TV is wall-mounted so can be viewed from bed/chair/kitchen area. The room has a thermostatic radiator.

The kitchen area has a full-size multi-function fan oven, a 2-ring induction hob, an extractor fan, a full-size refrigerator with freezer box, cupboards, drawer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The large ensuite bathroom has a 800mmx1000mm shower cubicle, digital Aqualisa shower, basin, toilet, towel radiator and underfloor heating. There is always plenty of hot water!
