Large, lockable, fully furnished bedroom in detached house with shared use of bathroom, kitchen, lounge and garden. The property is in a central location with easy reach of Woking town centre and all its amenities, including mainline train station

If you are 21+ we are able to consider offering you this accommodation rent free (please note that your weekly utility bill will be in the region of £25.00), in return for you acting as a role model for the three 16-21 year olds living in the property for whom you will provide a responsible, calm and patient presence which complements the support offered by our staff; full support would also be offered to you to ensure a positive living experience for all concerned.

We offer full support throughout the living experience as this is not a job rather to set a good example for young adults.

Smoking is not allowed in communal areas.
