A small comfortable house in a quiet cul-de-sac which is a 12 minute walk from the Woking mainline station and centre.

There is a large supermarket 5 minute walk away for all your other needs.

I have a double bedroom available with fitted wardrobe.

Please note I have 2 other guests however they are only here part week so the house is yours exclusively for about half of the month. They are both very pleasant (and quiet) professional men (aged in the 30's and 40's)

Wifi, Netflix, and all bills included in the price.

For couples the price would £700.

The room is available for one year from the end of October.

I am also very happy to consider someone who only needs part week as well as per my other two guests
