Double bedroom in 2 bed flat near Woking station

Hi.

I am a PhD student and I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property with, preferably another girl.

NOTE: I am not actually living in this property yet - just looking for a flatmate who would want to share it with me.

I am hoping I can find someone interested in sharing the flat below, who would like to take the master ensuite bedroom for 700GBP a month. It is a lovely, bright, south facing flat, with two large bedrooms and a great kitchen+living space, and it is one minute away from the train station. It also comes with a residents gym and a 24h concierge. I have informed the landlord of my interest in this property and they seem happy to accept me and some other person to rent the flat, as well as to leave all the basic furniture int he bedrooms and living area. As such, it would be great if someone else would be interested in it and in sharing it with me. I don't mind sharing with either students or professionals, and the bills (not included in the rent) would be split 50/50, with the exception of council tax, which I would be exempt from for being a full time student.

I'd love to be able to share a flat with someone I could get to know throughout the year and have a nice chat with every now and then, and at the same time I'm mindful that people need their own space too - so I'm happy to have a good compromise between socialising with my new flatmate and leaving them alone when they (or I) want time for themselves :)
