We have a fantastic 3-bedroom flat that has a double room available. The flat is situated in the centre of town just a 5-minute walk from the station. This 4th floor flat is very spacious, light and airy. The kitchen comes with all appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The shared living room is large, with a 6 seater dinning room table and 5 seater corner sofa bed. The glass doors open up onto two extensive balconies which is great for BBQs in the summer!
The room is a double bedroom with a chest of draws and wardrobe, there is a bathroom which is shared between this room and the second room in the flat. Rent is £660. Currently living here are easy going, friendly people who enjoy socialising with friends, chilling out watching TV and movies or occasionally going out for drinks. We work full-time, working locally. We are looking for a like-minded individual who would complete our household now that the room is available due to relocation. The rent includes EVERYTHING:
