Two rooms available in nice road

Hi,

We have two rooms available in a nice quiet road in Woking, 1 mile walk from the station.

Room 1 is a large double which comes with:

1) Double bed and bedding (happy for you to provide your own)
2) Desk and chair
3) Two very large wardrobes / drawer units
4) A new smart TV is included, Netflix subscription also included (you can use your own if preferred)
5) A chest of drawers
6) A bedside table, lamps etc.

Room 1 is priced at £190 / week, bills included.

Room 2 is a smaller double which comes with:

1) Double bed and bedding (happy for you to provide your own)
2) Desk
3) A very large wardrobe / drawer unit
4) A new smart TV is included, netflix subscription included (you can provide your own if preferred)

Room 2 is priced at £160 / week, bills included.

The lodgers will have exclusive use of the downstairs kitchen and WC, but will not have access to the rest of the house. They will also have exclusive use of the front garden, which contains an eating area. This means that whilst we are live in landlords, you won't necessarily see much of us. This will suit some people, but not others.

The advantage is you will be sharing a kitchen and WC / shower with only one other person, which is not the case in large HMOs. Also, you will have private space away from the landlords which may also appeal. May be ideal for 2 friends looking to live together.

There is lots of parking on the road.

Finally, please note that we have a dog. He's not overly noisy, but will chat from time to time, so you would need to be tolerant of that.
