The house is sunny and bright, it has been decorated and furnished in a contemporary style. With some great social space it has a large kitchen/diner, a lounge and a sunny patio outside.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and a bedside cabinet.

The allocated bathroom has modern fittings and shared with just one other roommate.

A cleaner cleans the communal areas and maintains a nice tidy and clean house on a bi-weekly basis. However the current tenants also maintain the house in perfect condition.

Council Tax Band D- All bills are included in the price this includes high speed broadband throughout the house.
